Reicofil investment will expand company's global business interests

Saudi German Nonwovens recently held an official grand opening of its Rabigh facility expansion in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia. This occasion celebrated the inauguration of SGN’s line no. 5, featuring the latest in Reicofil technology, which has empowered SGN to introduce its innovative new brand, Sofina. Our event was attended by esteemed senior members of the government, leading financial institutions and key partners from equipment suppliers, raw material providers and clients across the globe. SGN announced it would expand the Rabigh site in 2023, calling the investment a significant development toward its commitment to enhancing its role as a premium nonwoven supplier on the global stage. The new R5 Spunmelt line is expected further strengthen SGN’s capacity to produce sustainable and premium products, catering to diverse markets including baby diapers, adult incontinence, feminine hygiene, medical, agriculture, and industrial sectors. This expansion not only enhances SGN’s product range but also amplifies its global footprint, reinforcing its status as a leader in the nonwoven products sector. Last month, the company introduced Sofina, a new brand embodying innovation and luxury in spunbond nonwovens, powered by its latest Reicofil 5 Technology and proprietary innovations. The brand is strategically segmented into three tiers to cater to diverse market needs:
